Advice

In conversation or informal writing, use contractions for a more natural style of English. Examples:

He is a doctor → He’s a doctor

I have not been to England → I haven’t been to England

Be careful of logical single vs. plural forms. When talking about something in general, it’s often better to use the plural form. For example,“I like cats more than dogs.”

 .... using spreadsheets for reporting.

The sentence beginning ‘It is ....’ needs some alteration to make it sound more like native English. Consider the following for a neater alternative:

It’s easy to add any comments you want to make.

It’s easy to add any points we want to ask ....

I am I'm now currently working as an accountant in a huge Industrial company.

I have to receive reports from dozns of divisions and branch companies, and I use spreadsheets and specific programs to gather those reports.

Usually, my headquarter decides what should be reported using specific programs, so I have to make spreadsheet reporting format for the rest.

Today I’m going to write about the Ppros and Ccons of using spreadsheets as for reporting formats.

Pros

1.Flexible

It's is easy to add any points what we want to ask because a spreadsheet is free from restriction.

2.Easy to add/remove a reporting company

When using e-mail to ask questions, there is are no compony restrictions of companies to send.

3.Have no additional expenses

Microsoft Excel is installed on all in each PCs, so using spreadsheets is free. doesn't cost aditional expenses.

Cons

1.Have to gather data by ourselves

We have to make the spreadsheets by ourselves.  and it took  takes time.

2.Have to check which companyies submitted and which company doesn’t didn't

As When we ask questions by e-mail, we have to check which companyies submitted reports.

When we have to ask questions of a number of many companies, it is very bothering troublesome.

Conclusions

Using spreadsheets to ask questions, it is suitable to for asking extraordinary things to a small number of divisions/branches companies.
